Objective
The objects of the Trust will be to empower the under privileged to lead a life of dignity and will include charitable and welfare activities consisting of relief to poor, education, medical aid, counseling, old age care, women and child care, support to the physically and mentally challenged, environmental issues and the advancement of any other object of general public utility.

Settlor Trustees
Pamela Bhandari - She is currently posted as Chief Commissioner of Income tax in New Delhi. She holds a Masters Degree in English from Punjab University, Chandigarh and a Diploma in Public Administration from the Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi She has also been conferred honorary M.Phil degree by Punjab University. She belongs to the 1972 batch of Indian Revenue Service and has worked in various important posts in the Department. She has also been on deputation in the Ministry of Steel & Mines and premier Public Sector Undertakings, namely, Gas Authority of India Limited and Engineers India Limited. She writes poetry and prose, coins slogans and makes cartoons and is computer-savvy. She is also very widely traveled within India and abroad.

Divjot Kohli - A reputed officer of Indian Revenue Service and has retired as Chief Commissioner of Income tax after thirty four years of service including an eight year stint in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi as Assessor and Collector and also Financial Advisor. She holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from Punjab University, Chandigarh and MSc. In Fiscal Studies from Bath University, U.K. She has been actively involved in social work as Trustee in Global Cancer Concern India.

The Trust has been registered u/s 12AA, read with section 12A of the Income tax Act,1961 vide order F.No. DIT(E)/ 12A/ 2008-09/S-5390/396 dated 17th June, 1961.

The Trust has been granted exemption u/s 80G (5)(vi) of the Income Tax Act, 1961
vide order No. DIT(E) 2008-2009/S-5390/653 dated 17th June, 1961 for the period 19/12/2007 to 31/03/2009.
